SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Shipping (Complimentary):

All orders come with complimentary standard shipping across the contiguous US. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. This includes delivery to the first dry area, such as the garage, front porch, or lobby/service area of a high-rise building. Unpacking and assembly are the responsibility of the customer.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS:

1. WHITE GLOVE:

Experience a deluxe delivery service directly to your chosen room, complete with unpacking, expert assembly, and clean-up. Relax and savor the convenience; we handle every detail with care.

  • Additional cost finalized during checkout.
  • Excludes wall mounting and/or installation of fixtures.


2. ROOM OF CHOICE:

Choose our 'Room of Choice' delivery option, where we'll bring your item directly to your desired room, accommodating up to two flights of stairs. Unpacking and assembly are the responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERY DETAILS:

Scheduling:
After placing your order, our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time.

Preparation:
Ensure the delivery area is clear and free of obstacles. Remove any old furniture, decorations, or items that might obstruct the delivery path. If disassembly of existing furniture is required, please have it done before our team arrives.

Property Protection:
Protect floors, walls, and personal property before delivery. Cozy Cove Furniture and the delivery carrier are not responsible for damage during the delivery process.

Delivery Acceptance:
An adult (18 years or older) must be present at the delivery location to receive and sign for the delivery.

Delivery Insurance:
Your purchase is insured from when it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your doorstep.

Damages:
Inspect all delivered items for potential damage within 24 hours of delivery. Reports of damages must include detailed photos, including the received box and packaging. Damages must be noted on the delivery receipt or bill of lading at the time of delivery.

*Neither Cozy Cove Furniture nor the shipping carrier will be liable for unreported issues.*
