Return & Refund Policy At Cozy Cove Furniture, your satisfaction is our top priority. We sincerely appreciate your trust and are committed to delivering quality products and outstanding service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURNS: Eligible items can be returned within 25 days of receipt for a full refund upon approval. All items must be unused and in their original packaging, along with all accessories, materials, and documentation, to be eligible for a refund. Items not received in the specified condition will be ineligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, with exceptions for damaged items. Returned items will be subject to a restocking fee of anywhere from 10% to 30% in accordance with the manufacturer's policy. Custom-made, personalized, and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

EXCEPTION: custom-made or personalized items received damaged upon arrival. Upon receipt of the items at our warehouse, we'll promptly inform you via email about the status of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days.

CANCELLATIONS: We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible via email: phone: 1-800-638-0486 or through our Contact form. We will review cancellations based on the order's current status in our system. If an order is beyond the cancellation window, it will be processed as a return, which will then be subject to associated restocking fees and return shipping charges as per our returns policy.

OUT OF STOCK ~ BACKORDERS: Items on backorder can still be purchased and will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock. An 'Expect to ship date' will be listed on the product page; however, please note that this date is an estimated date. You have the option to await restocking, select an alternative item, or opt for a full refund. Custom orders begin production immediately and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time.
